Research dissemination
As a doctoral student, research dissemination is already an exercise that I value, since it provides useful feedback to managers & management students:
-To date, I have performed the exercise of a first video, encapsulating my first research paper in preparation in December 2019, with the Digital Pedagogy Assistance Unit (Pôle d'accompagnement à la Pédagogie Numérique - PAPN) of my doctoral institution: the University Jean Moulin Lyon III.
--> The paper was finally published in June 2020, so I performed a final 3 minutes-long video for FNEGE medias (National Foundation for teaching business management) (See the result below). For future disseminations productions, I will improve my speech, using a slower pace, even more accessible vocabulary & shorter sentences.

-A meeting in digital format took place with a journalist from The Conversation who informed the teaching-research staff and PhD students of their new editorial line. As soon as the first paper is published, I will have the opportunity to engage in a new exercise of dissemination of research through this media.

-Feedback to the multinationals' practitioners (which open their doors to me) remains, in my view, the number one priority in terms of dissemating my research.
